Long Covid among elite athletes
Being fit, for once, doesn’t help against covid and foremost not against Long Covid. This a not so well known fact among athletes still. And recovering from Long Covid is generally difficult. Science is still struggling to understand Long Covid, so the best way of not getting Long Covid is the stay uninfected, or not get infected again. Wear an effective mask, N95/KN95/Ffp2 or better, avoid large gatherings, work from home if you can.
There are some political ramblings athletes the end that not might be something you agree with. Those are opinions and not facts. The article as a whole is sound and factual still.
